Shehr carries a miniature skyline: layered rooftops in copper, gold and weathered grey, pin-pricked windows, and a single copper moon hanging over it all.

The surface is carved and textured by hand before painting, which gives the buildings real depth in the light. No two skylines come out the same – the window pattern and the colour balance shift with every piece.
